Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your MAGRAMO bag. If you’re not fully satisfied:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging included.
• Process: To request a return, email us at support@magramo.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Exchanges: If you’d prefer a different style or color, we can arrange an exchange based on availability.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or sale items are final and non-returnable.
